Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


We offer free standard shipping on all chiller orders within the continental USA.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the carrier and any unforeseen delays.


International Shipping


At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping rates and delivery times may differ for these locations.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your shipment and know exactly when to expect your delivery.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses


We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages


If your package is damaged upon arrival or you suspect it may be lost, please contact our support team at help@tryicebox.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
